DRL software has been archived 🙁 and is only available upon request by users who have previously downloaded it. Some exceptions are possible. To request this software send an email to the DRL email list (which, if you have downloaded software from here before, you are a member of).
Enhancements to Construction Record Lister v2.1 includes more robust handling of the leap second adjustment near midnight, and the addition of test data for this case.
Construction Record Lister is a Java program that displays the contents of a Production Data Set (PDS)/Environmental Data Set (EDS) Construction Record. Construction Records contain quality and accounting information for PDSs. The 510-ICD-EDOS/EGS describes Construction Records in more detail.
1. Verify that java version 1.6.0_25 or later is installed under Linux. To display the current version, enter: java -version.
2. Unpack the tar.gz file, which will create a directory named Construction_Record_Lister. Change to that directory:
$ tar xzf CONSTRUCTION-RECORD-LISTER_2.1.tar.gz
$ cd Construction_Record_Lister
